Amazing opportunity!  Over $1M refit just a couple years ago that included BRAND NEW, fully electronic modern Yanmar 900HP main engines and transmissions!!!  These brand new engines literally have 15 hours on them.  The new engines and transmissions alone are worth over $300K not installed!  The refit also included a new/updated bridge design with exterior kitchen, updated cockpit design, brand new Garmin touch screen electronics, New TV7 SAT TV System, all new AV equipment, New Carpet and many interior upgrades.  And this boat isn't one of these newer snap together boats, this thing is a Yacht with the big yacht equipment.  Hydraulic Bow Thruster and windlass, Two Generators (20KW working Gen and 8KW day gen), Back up emergency systems and all heavy duty equipment.

So, why is she being offered so cheap????  Well, there is a story.........  The current owner (who has owned the boat for 30 years) decided it was time for a refit a couple years ago (when all the new equipment when in, including the new engines).  After a year in the yard and over $1.2M invested, he got into a disagreement with the yard and had the boat launched and returned to her slip (Fresh water on Lake Union).  The re-fit was 95% complete anyway, so he figured he would just have someone else wrap up the balance of the work.  With-in a few months of the boat being out of the yard, the owner noticed that the brand new paint job was failing.  At the end of the day, he simply lost interest in the project and is willing to just take the loss and let someone else wrap it up.

His loss is your gain!  With all the big pieces in place, this is an opportunity to get into a seriously nice Yacht at a fraction of the cost.  Use it as your personal boat or turn it into a Charter income producer.  Heck, at this price, you could probably part out all the new equipment and be money ahead!

All the mechanical and electrical is complete.  You can use this boat today AS IS if you want to.  We just took her out for a sea-trial and she ran great.  Both mains ran and shifted flawlessly, generators ran great, hydraulics ran great, etc. etc.

Here is what it needs if you want to finish what was started.
1.  The paint is failing.  Looks great at a distance of 30 yards, but up close you can see some spots that have faded and lots of cracking at various spots all over the boat.  For a perfect look up close, she would need to be repainted.
2.  The new design was engineered for a bridge hardtop that was never made.  So you will see supports on the bridge for a hardtop, but there is no hardtop.  You can either have a hardtop made OR have a canvas maker design a high end canvas top that would mount right to the existing supports.
3.  There was never a new davit for tender installed.  There is a mounting point for a bridge davit (or you could do a transom davit or????).
4.  Outside of that, there are probably a few of the original systems that probably still either need to be replaced or have a certified tech go through them and get them operational again.  I am thinking of the watermaker, Air Cond system, and stuff like that.

The pictures are recent and reflect the vessel's current condition.  We just conducted a Sea-Trial on 6/23/2018 ad the boat ran out great (20 Knots in Fresh Water and EASY 18 Knot Cruise if desired).  At this price and with so much brand new equipment, this boat won't last long.  Bring your vision and fix-in skills and you will quickly have a $900K boat!
